1. About us

This website is operated by Oryzon Tech PLT (Reg. No. 202604002619 (LLP0047864-LGN)), 11-1, Jalan Jalil Jaya 3, Jalil Link, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur. These terms apply to your use of this website and to any quotation, order or service you get from us.

2. Estimates and quotations

Prices, specifications, build health checks and requirement checks on this website are estimates to help you plan a build. They are not an offer to sell. A contract is formed only when you accept our written quotation (sent on WhatsApp) and we confirm your order. Each quotation states how long it is valid for.

3. Prices and charges

All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Your quotation shows the full price you will pay, including any applicable tax and any delivery or service charges, before you commit to anything.

4. Payment

We do not take payments on this website. The accepted payment methods and any deposit required are stated in your quotation. Only pay into bank accounts registered in the name of one of these companies:

We will never ask you to pay into a personal account.

5. Build time, delivery and collection

Your quotation states the estimated build and delivery (or collection) time. We will tell you promptly if a part is delayed. Responsibility for the PC passes to you when it is delivered or collected.

6. Changes and cancellations

Before you sign and pay: you may change or cancel your quotation free of charge.
After the quotation is signed and paid (in full or by deposit): your order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.
Changing a part after that: ask us on WhatsApp. If the change is possible, we will confirm it and any price difference in writing before we make it.

This does not affect your statutory rights in section 10.

7. Warranty

Parts are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, and we handle warranty claims (RMA) for you. Faults on arrival or from our assembly are covered by us for 7 days. See Warranty & Returns for details.

8. Performance checks and estimates

The builder gives you three kinds of guide. None of them is a test of your actual PC, and none shows frame rates (FPS).

"Will my PC run it?" compares your build's processor, graphics card, graphics memory, memory and storage with each game or app publisher's official PC requirements (for example Minimum and Recommended). Processors and graphics cards are compared using TechPowerUp's published performance rankings. A result within 5% of a requirement is shown as "close".
Build health check is our advice on whether your parts suit what the PC is for, such as office work or gaming at 1080p. Its limits (for example 16 GB of memory for office work) are our recommendations, not test results.
Power draw is an estimate from each part's typical power use, used to suggest a big enough power supply.

Meeting a publisher's requirements does not guarantee a particular frame rate, resolution or setting. Actual performance depends on the game or app version and updates, drivers, Windows and in-game settings, other software running, room temperature and the exact model of each part. Publishers can change their requirements at any time; each check links to the publisher's own page, which has the latest version. Our technician checks every build before assembly and will tell you about any problem before we build it.

9. Member accounts

What an account is for: saving builds (up to 50) and tracking your quotes, orders and service bookings. A saved build does not reserve stock or fix its price: parts and prices can change after you save it, and your confirmed price comes in your quotation.
Your details: use your real name, an email address you can access and a working WhatsApp number, and keep them up to date in My account. We use them to send your quotations and order updates.
Keeping it secure: keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has used it, change your password, use "Also log out on all my other devices" and tell us on WhatsApp straight away.
Signing in with Google: Google's own terms also apply, and Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us.
Misuse: we may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, fake quotes or bookings, automated sign-ups or any other misuse of this website, and remove offensive build names.
Closing your account: you can delete it at any time in My account. This deletes your login, profile and saved builds. Quotes and orders we have already handled are kept for our business records, without a link to your account (see our Privacy Notice).

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other Malaysian law, including the guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for their purpose.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data. Please back up your data before any service or repair.

12. Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to OryzonPC. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Consumers may also file a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
